Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and capital remodels across 45-55 restaurant locations. The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with operators and IT, and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

This remote position covers Central and East Tennessee with regular travel to Houston, TX. You will oversee preventive maintenance, contractor management, and Cap X programs while driving cost controls and operational

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive facilities maintenance experience across multiple locations.
• Strong negotiation, networking, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and Cap X remodel program for all 45-55 locations.
• Oversee Emergency Projects (fires, car strikes, theft, store closures).
• Manage preventative maintenance program for assigned locations.
• Negotiate, network and manage multiple contractors and vendors.
• Communicate educational material to operators on building components.
• Oversee Cap X remodel program and replacement account purchases with scheduling and vendor management.
