Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to oversee CMMS and facility service processes. You will maximize Corrigo performance, generate critical analytics, and support client portfolios with data-driven facility management solutions.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, 3+ years in facilities management, and experience managing CMMS/work orders. Remote work with primary duties in the United States is supported, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Facilities management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications with performance analytics expertise.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in facilities management, operations, or related field.
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel for data analytics, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the JLL Corrigo work order system, ensuring data integrity and maximum capability.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports analyzing work order activity, maintenance, SLAs, labor metrics, and incident trends.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the portfolio, troubleshooting CMMS issues and training users.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with Facility Managers to meet goals.
• Develop and deploy inspection, assessment, and audit forms with updated system documentation.
• Manage MRO parts ordering and optimize preventive maintenance auto-ordering.
• Coordinate with vendors, call center ops, and facilities staff to ensure seamless work execution.
