Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in AMR region is seeking a Corrigo Platform Analyst to provide operational and technical administration of the Corrigo CMMS system. You will partner with account leadership to optimize the Corrigo strategy and support data integrity across sites.

Responsibilities include system configuration, user training, data analytics, and monthly/quarterly reporting to improve performance. Remote work is available, with collaboration across regional and global programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience managing CMMS/work order applications.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Superior customer service skills and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of the Corrigo system and proper configuration to meet objectives.
• Partner with account leadership to develop and implement Corrigo strategy for optimization.
• Support regional and global adoption of programs and new technology/best practices.
• Configure and implement solutions for account-specific needs.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans for improvement.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc account reports.
