Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Corrigo Platform Analyst to administer and optimize the Corrigo CMMS for AMR region accounts. You will train users, configure workflows, and partner with account teams to drive operational improvements.

The role emphasizes data quality, reporting, and strategy execution, with a focus on timely responses to client needs and cross-functional collaboration across JLL’s Digital Operations team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience managing CMMS/work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; process orientation and data-driven approach.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and communication abilities.
• Customer service orientation with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Corrigo system integrity and proper usage to meet objectives.
• Lead Corrigo strategy and implement optimization efforts.
• Support global adoption of programs and best practices.
• Configure solutions for account-specific needs and run data analyses.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports for accounts.
• Provide new-user training and maintain documentation; address SLA requests.
