You will manage work orders, coordinate with technicians and vendors, monitor service levels, and support the Facility Manager in budgeting and project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in facilities management, CMMS/Work Order experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a customer‑focused mindset to deliver exceptional JLL

Qualifications

• 4+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience with CMMS / Work Order systems required.
• Strong MS Office skills and Excel proficiency.
• Superior customer service and strong written/verbal skills.
• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for a distributed portfolio.
• Coordinate with technicians and third‑party vendors to ensure timely work orders and service delivery.
• Monitor KPI/SLA performance and support budget planning and project delivery.
• Plan and manage maintenance activities; communicate KPI/SLA expectations.
• Support projects and ensure client satisfaction with services.
