Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to lead as a senior SME for Facets core applications and sub-modules, guiding configuration, design, and optimization for payer clients. You will drive workshops, roadmaps, and scalable solutions across onshore/offshore teams in a remote US-based role.

You will mentor teams, coordinate complex deployments, and contribute to ongoing ITS initiatives, ensuring successful, measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, or architecture.
• Deep expertise in Facets Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS, claims adjudication, and data structures.
• Experience leading mid-to-large healthcare payer implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Facets SME and trusted advisor on configuration architecture.
• Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews.
• Develop future-state roadmaps and optimization recommendations.
• Design scalable solutions to improve claims processing and auto-adjudication.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop project plans and implementation strategies for new deployments.
• Provide consulting leadership across project lifecycles.
• Mentor client teams to ensure long-term success.
• Coordinate across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Support ITS initiatives, production support, and strategic programs.
