Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to serve as a senior SME and consulting lead for Facets core applications. You will guide configuration, design, and implementation for healthcare payer clients, driving optimization and improved auto-adjudication rates.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, mentor client staff, and shape roadmaps for new business implementations and product enhancements in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, configuration, OR solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules including Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims.
• Strong experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and application configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality, claims adjudication processing, and related data structures.
• Experience developing configuration strategies that improve operational efficiency and claims auto‑adjudication performance.
• Proven ability to evaluate current‑state environments and develop future‑state architecture and optimization recommendations.
• Experience leading medium to large‑scale healthcare payer implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience collaborating within global onshore/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Facets SME and trusted advisor on configuration architecture and best practices.
• Lead requirements discovery workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews.
• Assess current-state Facets environments and develop future-state optimization roadmaps.
• Design scalable solutions to improve claims processing efficiency and auto-adjudication.
• Partner with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop and communicate project plans, implementation strategies, and configuration approaches.
• Provide consulting leadership across project lifecycles, including gap analysis and risk identification.
• Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge for long-term adoption.
• Collaborate across onshore and offshore delivery teams to drive outcomes.
• Support Facets ITS initiatives, enhancements, and production support.
