Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to lead as a senior SME on Facets core applications, guiding configuration, solution design, and optimization for healthcare payers. This remote, full-time role focuses on driving auto-adjudication improvements and scalable Facets implementations.

You will work with client stakeholders and delivery teams to strategize, mentor, and governance across onshore/offshore models, ensuring successful outcomes and operational adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in TriZetto Facets consulting, implementation, configuration, or solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules: Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and application configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality, claims adjudication, and related data structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Facets SME and trusted advisor for configuration architecture and best practices.
• Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews translating needs into configurations.
• Develop future-state optimization roadmaps with recommendations for module utilization and performance gains.
• Design scalable solutions to improve claims processing efficiency and auto-adjudication.
• Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge for long-term adoption.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore delivery teams to drive project outcomes.
