Cognizant is seeking a Facets Design Specialist (Remote - USA) to serve as trusted advisor and solution architect for Facets core applications, helping healthcare payer clients optimize configuration and improve claims auto-adjudication.

You will lead requirements workshops, assess current-state environments, and develop future-state roadmaps while collaborating with client leaders and delivery teams to deliver scalable Facets solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with TriZetto Facets implementations.
• Deep expertise in Facets modules: Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, Claims.
• Experience leading requirements and design workshops.
• Understanding of payer operations and best practices.
• Analyze requirements and translate to scalable architectures.
• Experience with product upgrades and large implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME for Facets design and optimization.
• Lead requirements discovery and design workshops.
• Develop future-state configuration roadmaps.
• Provide architecture recommendations and integration approaches.
