Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Design Specialist (Remote - USA) to act as a trusted advisor, solution architect, and SME for Facets core applications and configuration. You will optimize claims auto-adjudication, support new implementations, and drive configuration transformation initiatives.

You will work within the Healthcare Consulting team, collaborating with client leaders, technical teams, and offshore delivery to deliver scalable Facets solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with TriZetto Facets implementation, configuration, optimization, or consulting engagements.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules (Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, Claims).
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and configuration workshops translating business needs into Facets solutions.
• Assess current-state Facets environments and develop future-state configuration roadmaps to improve efficiency.
• Provide architecture recommendations, gap analyses, and implementation strategies for business and technology objectives.
• Lead proofs of concept, solution demonstrations, and design discussions aligned with client requirements.
