Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to lead senior consulting efforts for Facets core applications. You’ll guide strategy, design, and configuration for healthcare payer clients, aiming to optimize auto‑adjudication rates and expand platform value.

In this remote role, you will mentor client teams, coordinate with onshore/offshore delivery, and drive transformation programs through end-to-end leadership and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, configuration or solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Facets core modules including Benefits, Provider, Enrollment and Claims.
• Experience leading medium to large healthcare payer implementations and transformations.
• Ability to translate business needs into Facets configurations and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Facets SME and trusted advisor on configuration architecture and best practices.
• Lead requirements discovery workshops, design sessions and solution reviews.
• Develop future-state optimization roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Design scalable Facets configurations to improve claims processing and auto-adjudication performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate project plans and implementation strategies for new business initiatives.
• Provide consulting leadership across project lifecycles and risk assessment.
• Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge for long-term success.
• Coordinate across onshore and offshore delivery teams to drive outcomes.
• Support value realization initiatives and production support when needed.
