Cognizant is seeking a Facets Configuration Manager to lead end-to-end configuration delivery for healthcare payer implementations, platform transformations, and regulatory initiatives. You will govern standards, manage scope and releases, and mentor onshore/offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes executive reporting, risk mitigation, and collaboration with business, compliance, and client stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of healthcare payer technology, implementation, configuration, or delivery experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading Facets configuration teams, projects, or large-scale implementations.
• Experience with cross-functional, distributed teams and executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of payer operations, claims, and product management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead configuration delivery across Facets functional areas (Membership, Group, Product & Benefits, Provider, Claims, Billing).
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable configuration solutions.
• Establish configuration standards, design controls, traceability, and approval frameworks.
• Manage scope, timelines, estimates, dependencies, releases, and environment promotions.
• Oversee migration, testing, deployment, and production support for large programs.
• Provide leadership for onsite and offshore configuration teams and ensure delivery excellence.
