Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager for a remote, full-time role in the United States. You will lead as a senior SME for Facets core applications, guiding strategy, design, and configuration to optimize payer client outcomes including claims auto-adjudication and new lines of business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, configuration, or solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules: Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality and claims adjudication processing.
• Experience developing configuration strategies to improve operational efficiency and auto-adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Facets SME and trusted advisor for configuration architecture and best practices.
• Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews translating needs into Facets configurations.
• Assess current-state Facets environments and develop future-state optimization roadmaps.
• Design scalable solutions to improve claims processing and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge for long-term success.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore delivery teams to drive project outcomes.
