Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks an experienced Producer to lead experiential programs end-to-end. You will translate creative direction into actionable production plans, manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact experiences.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel for onsite execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, or brand activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate strategic/creative direction into production plans (budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics).
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients.
• Manage details and make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Own end-to-end production workflows and key documentation.
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-production, onsite, and wrap.
• Build, monitor, and reconcile program budgets and POs.
• Maintain relationships with venues, fabricators, and vendors.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and provide practical options.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications (or related field)
