Manifold, a division of Lyft, seeks an experienced Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. You will translate strategy into actionable production plans, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure on-time delivery across pre-production, onsite execution, and wrap.

You will coordinate with senior teams, own documentation, and drive practical solutions in a fast-paced, travel-ready role that often requires non-traditional hours.

Qualificações

• Experience leading experiential programs from kickoff to wrap.
• Strong event logistics and vendor network knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer.
• Translate strategy into actionable production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations and clients to align expectations.
• Proactively manage details and decide when to elevate issues.
• Own end-to-end production workflows and key documentation.
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-production, onsite, and wrap.
• Build and reconcile program budgets and vendor estimates.
• Oversee relationships with venues, fabricators, and technical vendors.
• Evaluate concepts for viability and offer practical options.
