Job summary

Informatica is seeking an Expansion Senior Account Executive to lead upsell and cross-sell of IDMC cloud products within existing customers. You will analyze consumption metrics, drive expansion opportunities, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to maximize net revenue retention.

This remote role emphasizes data‑driven selling, executive engagement with CIOs/CTOs, and subscription growth in a consumption-based model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field SaaS sales experience and 5+ years overall.
• Proven track record of expanding SaaS subscriptions and quota attainment.
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed expansion sales goals within assigned accounts/territory.
• Analyze consumption metrics, qualify and close opportunities end to end.
• Expand within existing accounts and build strategic C‑level relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Renewal, Marketing, and Partners.
• Forecast, report pipeline, and manage account information in CRM.
