Qualifications

• CAEs with >12 months tenure by Jan 31, 2026.
• Proven track record of penetrating into existing partner base.
• Consistently meets sales quotas.
• Track record of selling $20K+ end-client deals across Rippling Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a consultative sales process to position Rippling to new partners.
• Handle a high volume partner and client pipeline.
• Develop strategic account plans with partners to drive growth.
• Keep partner contacts up-to-date on product developments.
