Job summary

Harris is seeking a driven Executive Vice President to lead Caliber Public Safety’s growth and set strategic direction across sales, support, product development, and professional services. You will lead a high-performing team, shape culture, and partner with senior leaders to align outcomes with financial targets.

The role is remote, reports to the Public Safety and Justice Portfolio Manager, and requires a strong track record in senior leadership, multi-function management, and P&L

Qualifications

• Ten years at a senior leadership level
• At least 5 years in the Law Enforcement and Justice market (preferred)
• Preference for Harris group experience
• Experience managing a multi-functional group (75+ team members)
• Experience managing a Profit and Loss statement with at least $15M in revenue

Responsibilities

• Steer and inspire an executive team to hit business targets
• Implement operational excellence for continuous improvement
• Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets with management team
• Develop leaders within the organization
• Provide quarterly briefings to senior corporate managers on results and plans
• Provide monthly business updates to Senior Executives
• Establish long-term technology strategies across all product lines
