Harris Computer seeks an Executive Vice President for Caliber Public Safety, a remote leadership role responsible for strategic direction, growth, and operational targets. You will lead a multi-functional team across sales, support, product development, and professional services while partnering with senior executives to steer the business toward EBITA and revenue goals.

You will shape technology strategies, foster leadership development, and provide regular progress updates to the executive

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of senior leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in the Law Enforcement and Justice market (preferred).
• Experience managing a multi-functional team of 75+ members.
• Experience overseeing a Profit & Loss statement with at least $15M revenue.

Responsabilités

• Guide and inspire an executive team to achieve business targets.
• Implement operational excellence for continuous improvement across the business.
• Drive net revenue and EBITA growth targets in collaboration with management.
• Develop leaders across the organization and build succession.
• Provide detailed quarterly briefings to senior managers on results and plans.
• Deliver monthly business updates to the Senior Executives.
• Collaborate with the Public Sector Group to set long-term technology strategies across all product lines.
