Job summary

Caliber Public Safety seeks an Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead strategy, growth, and operations. You will guide an executive team, drive revenue and profitability, and partner with customers to ensure service excellence.

This remote role reports to the Senior VP and focuses on people leadership and cross-functional results. Responsibilities include steering strategic direction, fostering leadership development, and delivering quarterly and monthly performance updates while aligning

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years’ experience at a senior leadership level.
• Minimum of 5 years in the Law Enforcement and Justice market (Preferred).
• Experience managing a multi-functional group with 75+ team members.
• Experience managing an entire Profit and Loss statement with at least $15M revenue.
• Harris group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compassionately steer and inspire an executive team to achieve business targets.
• Adapt and implement operational excellence for continuous improvement.
• Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets with the management team.
• Develop new and existing leaders within the organization.
• Provide detailed quarterly briefings to senior corporate managers on results and plans.
• Provide monthly business updates to Senior Executives with the team.
• Collaborate on long-term technology strategies across product lines.
