Caliber Public Safety seeks an Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead strategy, growth, and operations. You will guide an executive team, drive revenue and profitability, and partner with customers to ensure service excellence.

This remote role reports to the Senior VP and focuses on people leadership and cross-functional results. Responsibilities include steering strategic direction, fostering leadership development, and delivering quarterly and monthly performance updates while aligning

Qualificações

• Minimum of ten years’ experience at a senior leadership level.
• Minimum of 5 years in the Law Enforcement and Justice market (Preferred).
• Experience managing a multi-functional group with 75+ team members.
• Experience managing an entire Profit and Loss statement with at least $15M revenue.
• Harris group experience preferred.

Functional areas of the business are sales, support, product development, and professional services.

Reporting to the Public Safety and Justice Portfolio Manager (Senior Executive VP), the EVP has accountability for the culture of Caliber Public Safety, it’s service of customers, and for achieving the growth and financial targets of the business. Your executive team will execute the strategies required to achieve your operating targets.

This position will be a remote opportunity.

What will be your impact?

• With the Public Sector Group’s leadership team establish long-term technology strategies across all product lines

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of ten years’ experience at an senior leadership level
• Minimum of 5 years in the Law Enforcement and Justice market (Preferred)

• Experience managing an entire Profit and Lost statement with at least$15Min revenue

Salary: The hiring range for this role is $190,000 to 218,000 per year, with eligibility to participate in the company bonus program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
