Qualifications

• 3+ years of underwriting or market-facing experience
• Experience working with brokers and sales teams
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and legal regulations

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities.
• Qualify accounts to meet appetite and balance with opportunity.
• Make calls with brokers/customers with a defined purpose.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and close deals.
• Cross-sell other lines of business to increase account density.
• Lead complex projects to implement new systems or programs.
