Job summary

Semafor is seeking a Contract Audience Booker to curate and recruit audiences for invitation-only executive roundtables. This role combines editorial judgment with audience development and precise booking processes.

You will own invitations, coordinate with editorial and partner teams, and ensure diverse, high-quality attendee lists aligned with editorial themes and underwriting goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior-level audience recruitment or executive events.
• Strong research and judgment in identifying relevant executives.
• Excellent written outreach skills and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple booking pipelines and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management across editorial, commercial, and events teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail with tight operational processes.
• Comfort engaging with senior executives and their offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted invitation lists for private executive roundtables.
• Identify and prioritize senior executives and industry leaders.
• Coordinate with internal editorial, events, and partner management teams.
• Own the invitation and booking process from outreach to attendance.
• Track outreach, responses, and attendance records.
• Coordinate with event operations on check-in and seating.
• Provide final handoff to on-site teams and post-event reporting.
