Semafor seeks an experienced Contract Audience Booker to lead audience curation, recruitment, and booking for private executive roundtables. You will assemble high-quality groups aligned with editorial themes and underwriting partner goals.

The role requires independent ownership of the booking process, strong cross-functional coordination, and meticulous record-keeping to meet targets and ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior-level audience recruitment for high-touch events.
• Strong research and judgment to identify relevant executives and organizations.
• Excellent written communication and professional outreach skills.
• Able to manage multiple booking pipelines and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted invitation lists for private executive roundtables based on themes and partner objectives.
• Identify and engage senior executives and industry leaders for invitations.
• Coordinate with editorial, events, and partner management teams on audience needs.
• Own invitation and booking process from outreach to attendance confirmation.
• Draft personalized invitations and track responses and attendance.
