• Audience Acquisition & RSVP Management: Execute personalized, one-to-one email invitations to prospective attendees.
• Track invitation outreach, responses, RSVPs, and follow-ups across internal databases and event management platforms.
• Maintain accurate attendee records, including registration status and contact information.
• Support attendee follow-up to help meet audience targets.
