Semafor is seeking a highly organized Contract Audience Coordinator to support the Audience Development team during a busy period of global events. This hands-on role focuses on audience acquisition, RSVP management, and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, with strong written and spreadsheet skills, comfortable handling multiple priorities, and able to produce accurate attendee records and timely communications.

Formación

• Experience in event coordination or audience development is required.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and event management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Execute tailored email invitations and manage RSVPs to meet audience targets.
• Draft attendee communications and prepare summaries and operational docs.
• Maintain accurate attendee data, registration status and contact info.
• Coordinate updates to event pages and support multi-event operations.
