Job summary

Semafor is seeking an Events-focused professional to develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for Semafor World Economy events, curating targeted invitation lists in line with editorial priorities. You will manage invitation distribution and registration workflows to drive high-quality participation.

You will own RSVP tracking, capacity management, and collaborate with Editorial, Events, and Partnerships teams to deliver seamless event experiences across programs and regions.
