Job summary

ADP is hiring a remote Executive Relationship Manager to oversee HRO clients in the Private Equity space. You will manage relationships with key decision makers, drive client retention and value delivery across the life cycle, and coordinate with Sales and support teams to ensure Stellar Service.

Travel 25–30% as needed. Strong communication with C-Suite, deep understanding of client financial objectives, and proactive opportunity identification are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing client relationships in HCM or outsourcing
• Experience with Executive Leaders/C-Suite communications
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month and operate in a remote-capable role

Responsibilities

• Manage HRO clients in Private Equity space to drive retention and value
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to deliver Stellar Service
• Lead client meetings, quarterly reviews, and issue resolution
• Build strategic partnerships and anticipate client needs across lifecycle stages
• Mentor and coach RM colleagues on product knowledge and processes
