Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related org.
• At least 5-8 years in a customer service/account relationship management or HR environment with proven results.
• A college degree is great but not required; other acceptable experiences could include: experience noted above, OR Military Experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client HR challenges with ADP solutions.
• Communicate and exceed client expectations through clear, timely updates and guidance.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients on best practices and ADP capabilities.
