Job summary

ADP is seeking a Field Based Client HR Business Partner/Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to small business clients in Michigan. This remote role requires up to 30% travel to visit clients, with minimal overnight stays, and work from home in Michigan (Southeast Michigan or Grand Rapids area preferred).

You will build relationships with external clients and internal teams, using HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve client challenges while delivering high satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional consulting or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5-8 years in customer service/account relationship management or HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's clients and support ADP's products/technologies.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients on best practices and ADP solutions.
