Job summary

ADP is seeking a Relationship Manager in the New England Area, with a preference for Connecticut or Rhode Island, to manage an external client territory and book of business. You will be the primary point of contact for Comprehensive HR clients, liaising between the client and ADP to ensure satisfaction, retention, and a seamless client experience.

The role requires regular travel, a hybrid work model (Remote/Field), and collaboration with implementation, service, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in professional services, implementation, client services, sales, human resources, or payroll/finance environment with proven proficiency in managing client relationships.
• Ability to travel 25-30% based on client needs.
• Location in New England Area, preference for Connecticut or Rhode Island; hybrid Remote/Field role.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships. Proactively ensure client satisfaction through regular conference calls and visits, drive client retention, and collaborate with ADP teams to deliver services.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations. Leverage product knowledge to translate client input into value-driven recommendations and identify opportunities across the client lifecycle.
• Organize to Thrive. Maintain a structured work routine, prioritize tasks, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up.
