Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking an entrepreneurial Executive/Personal Assistant to serve as the central nervous system for two founders. You will guard calendars, manage inboxes, and ensure nothing drops through the cracks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will own project coordination, coordinate hiring of contractors on Upwork, handle travel, budgeting, and personal life logistics, and maintain discreet handling of sensitive data using Notion and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years supporting founders in startups or high-growth agencies.
• Assertive communication and ability to push back to prevent rework.
• High discretion with professional and personal sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and inboxes; track tasks in Notion and Google Drive.
• Lead end-to-end hiring of contractors on Upwork; vet candidates, negotiate rates, and manage deliverables.
• Drive small-to-medium projects from A-Z; flag risks before they become blockers.
• Coordinate bookkeeping and personal budgeting contractors; perform quality checks on categorization and deadlines.
• Handle Life Admin including travel itineraries, household staff coordination, shopping, and vendor research.
