Job summary

Moonlight is seeking an Executive Partner to be the strategic right hand to a US-based founder or CEO. This role goes beyond task execution, anticipating needs, protecting time, and contributing at the table to drive outcomes.

You will own strategic calendar and inbox, prepare executive-ready research and presentations, coordinate across functions, manage travel, and represent the executive externally. This is a remote, globally distributed role aligned to US business hours.

Qualifications

3+ years supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite executive.
End-to-end ownership of inbox, calendar, CRM, and client communications.
Experience acting as a trusted gatekeeper and external representative.
Proficiency with CRM and project tools: Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp.
Ability to draft in exec voice and mirror tone effectively.
Global, remote collaboration with strong discretion.

Responsibilities

Strategic calendar and inbox management, prioritizing what matters.
Executive-ready research, reports, and presentations that drive decisions.
Cross-functional coordination across executive’s business and personal priorities.
Travel, logistics, and meeting coordination with zero dropped balls.
Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for the exec.
Proactively spotting opportunities to improve the exec’s life and business.
