Impel Consultants LLC is seeking an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Advisor for a confidential client. The role blends executive coaching, strategy, and change management to strengthen leadership capability and drive performance.

You will work with CEOs and senior leaders to translate priorities into practical operating plans, measures, and routines, while guiding cross-functional teams toward alignment and measurable improvement.

Formación

• Significant experience in executive coaching and leadership development.
• Experience advising CEOs or senior operational leaders on strategy and performance.
• Ability to assess complex organizational challenges and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive coaching and leadership development to senior leaders to improve communication and team effectiveness.
• Advise on business strategy and translate priorities into operating plans and KPIs.
• Assess operating models and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop roadmaps, implementation plans, and progress updates for performance gains.
• Facilitate workshops to strengthen alignment and stakeholder decision-making.
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships across executive functions through stakeholder management.
