Job summary

Impel Consultants LLC is seeking a senior advisor who can work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve operational performance, and support strategic execution in a growing organization.

This role blends executive coaching with practical operational insight, requiring credibility with senior stakeholders, ability to mentor leadership teams, and a track record of driving execution, cost control, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to coach executives and senior leadership teams.
• Strong operational judgement and ability to drive execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to senior leaders using a structured approach.
• Help executives strengthen judgement, leadership effectiveness, and decision-making.
• Support leadership teams in improving collaboration and alignment.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and sustainable growth.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on talent, leadership development, and organisational performance.
• Foster high-performing team culture and cross-functional partnerships.
