• Demonstrated capability in Operational Excellence, Operational Strategy, Business Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Executive Coaching, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.
• Strong business judgement, facilitation, communication, and executive-stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience helping leadership teams improve operational performance, accountability, and execution.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally as required.
