Impel Consultant is seeking an experienced CEO Coach to partner with business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams of high-potential companies. You will drive growth strategies while ensuring operational excellence and provide strategic insights and leadership coaching.

You will guide executives through performance optimization, align strategic objectives, and oversee high-priority projects with farsighted problem-solving and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven leadership and strategic coaching experience at senior levels.
• Experience guiding executives and driving growth in high-potential companies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic partner and coach to CEOs, helping navigate challenges and improve leadership.
• Provide business coaching to senior executives to optimize performance and align on objectives.
• Oversee high-priority projects, ensuring milestones are met and roadblocks are addressed.
• Support strategic planning, operations, and investor relations to drive expansion.
• Act as liaison between executive teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
