Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking a Principal Operational Excellence Consultant to transform client competitiveness using Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP-enabled transformations. This remote role requires up to 80% travel, incl. visits to Seattle, WA, and spans strategy, process improvement, and executive-level engagements.

You will drive revenue growth, improve productivity, and articulate ROI while developing strategic roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus extensive experience in enterprise solutions
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with enterprise solutions and manufacturing transformations
• Experience leading strategic business transformation initiatives and ERP implementations
• Strong ability to sell value of Operational Excellence to executives and manage change

Responsibilities

• Support MCA sales cycle with client-ready materials and statements of work
• Lead consultative enterprise transformation engagements
• Assess client current culture and adoption of best practices
• Design and lead executive sessions defining strategic cross-functional plans
• Develop roadmaps and KPIs to drive growth and profitability
• Present ROI and value creation to senior executives
• Create migration and implementation plans for state-to-state transformations
• Identify and mitigate project risks and change-management needs
• Develop training materials to scale MCA’s Operational Excellence practice
