Qualifications

• Senior-level operational leadership or executive advisory experience.
• Expertise in Operational Excellence, Operational Strategy, and Change Management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team on operational strategy, planning and execution priorities.
• Assess operating models, workflows, and performance barriers; recommend practical improvements.
• Lead operational excellence, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and accountability.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders on decision-making, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and change adoption.
• Build alignment through stakeholder management across operations, finance, people, compliance, and other key functions.
• Support change management initiatives and manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, and follow-through mechanisms to track progress against strategic goals.
