• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management or consulting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data translation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale improvement projects.
• Strong remote collaboration and autonomous work capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operations, supply chains, and org structures to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design and deploy lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing operational changes and adoption.
• Develop KPIs and monitoring mechanisms for performance tracking.
• Conduct readiness assessments and support change management initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops on best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations detailing findings and outcomes.
