Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking a Principal Operational Excellence Consultant to transform client competitiveness using Lean and Six Sigma, and to drive enterprise transformation. You will engage in selling Operational Excellence value and develop strategic roadmaps for client transformation.

The role requires extensive ERP experience, travel up to 80%, and collaboration with senior leaders to deliver measurable ROI and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with an understanding of enterprise solutions.
• Experience with strategic business transformation or manufacturing with a minimum of 8 years in two of: lean manufacturing, transformation, best practices, continuous improvement, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the MCA sales cycle by preparing sales presentations and statements of work.
• Lead consultative services for enterprise transformation leveraging best practices.
• Design and deliver executive sessions defining cross-functional strategic plans.
• Develop quantitative modeling of current and future state performance.
• Present ROI and value creation to senior executives.
