Job summary

Highwire is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead strategic client engagements and orchestrate cross-functional teams. You will shape integrated campaigns across content, creative, and social to drive brand awareness and client value, while guiding project managers and strategists to on-time, on-budget delivery.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build long-term client relationships, leverage analytics to optimize performance, and champion process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, integrated marketing, journalism, or communications.
• 8–10 years of progressive integrated marketing experience with a focus on client service and account management in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience briefing and coordinating with creative and production teams.
• Strong client management and communication skills with ability to build rapport with marketing leadership.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for key client accounts.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign plans.
• Brief and collaborate with internal content, design, and production teams.
• Provide direction to project managers and teams; manage budgets and timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Advocate for client needs across agency teams.
