Job summary

MasterClass is hiring an Admissions Advisor for a remote, full-time role to support the next enrollment cycle. You’ll conduct high-volume, consultative conversations with applicants and admitted candidates across time zones, guiding them from admission to enrollment and assisting employer-sponsored enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in admissions or enrollment advising, inside sales, account management, or another phone-forward consultative role — executive education, higher ed, edtech, or premium consumer experience is a plus
• Genuinely energized by phone time: 20–30+ meaningful conversations a day
• Strong writer with crisp, warm inbox responses
• Conversant in AI and comfortable speaking with senior professionals (no technical background required)
• Organized with CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Available across U.S. time zones, including some early-evening hours
• Temporary, full-time assignment through TCW Global (≈1 month)
• Remote (U.S.)
• Pay: $28-$45/hour base pay with possible incentive plan
• Sick leave and other benefits managed by TargetCW (not MasterClass)

Responsibilities

• Own a high volume of admissions calls—scheduled consultations and proactive outreach with applicants and admitted candidates
• Explain curriculum, AI Labs, in-person sessions, time commitment, and cohort experience
• Discuss program value, fees, and payment options; compare to alternatives like MBA or certificates
• Guide admitted candidates from decision to enrollment with timely follow-up
• Run point on employer-sponsorship communications and provide materials to secure company support
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline with daily/weekly activity goals
• Share insights on questions and sponsorship themes with admissions and marketing teams
• Provide surge coverage during peak moments (post-webinar follow-up, deadlines)
