Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking a driven Admissions Coordinator to support top-of-funnel enrollment across our network of Independent K–12 schools. This remote role is the first contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions journey and connecting students with the right environment.

Reporting to the Lead Enrollment Director, you’ll collaborate with campus teams and marketing to hit enrollment goals and ensure a high-touch experience from inquiry through application.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in admissions, enrollment, education sales, lead conversion, or a comparable role with KPI accountability.
• Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets and driving high-value conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new-student enrollment to meet or exceed enrollment KPIs.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, web, email, or events.
• Build relationships with prospective families and convert leads into tours.
