MasterClass is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support the next enrollment cycle. You’ll spend most of your day on the phone and in the inbox with applicants and admitted candidates—answering questions about curriculum, live sessions, AI Labs, and cohort experience while guiding them toward enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in admissions or enrollment advising, inside sales, or phone-forward consultative roles.
• Comfort with 20–30+ meaningful conversations a day.
• Strong writing abilities for high-volume inbox responses.
• Conversant in AI and the business-education landscape.
• Organized with CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own a high volume of admissions calls and proactive outreach to applicants and admitted candidates.
• Explain curriculum, live sessions, AI Labs, in-person intensives, time commitments, and cohort experience.
• Communicate program value: outcomes, fees, payment options; compare to alternatives.
• Guide admitted candidates from decision to enrollment with timely follow-up and blocker removal.
• Handle employer-sponsorship communications and provide materials to secure company support.
• Maintain clean notes and meet daily/weekly contact and response-time goals.
• Share feedback with admissions and marketing to improve FAQs, guides, and emails.
• Provide surge coverage during peak moments: post-webinar follow-up and enrollment deadlines.
