Keypath Education is hiring an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the application process for their University of choice and support admissions and registration deadlines.

The role requires outbound communication, CRM lead management, and a consultative approach to help students decide on the right program. Roles can be remote, hybrid, or in-office with a strong focus on meeting daily performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience (outbound call center preferred).
• General knowledge of higher education and/or college admissions experience preferred.
• Technically proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Supervisory management skills and ability to oversee delegated tasks.
• Proven ability to train and explain processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of planning processes and issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students via calls, emails, or texts regarding the University and program.
• Follow lead management guidelines and move leads through CRM statuses.
• Support students using a consultative process to ensure all information is gathered to make an informed decision.
• Use the database to track student progress and communications.
• Meet daily metrics: calls per day, speed to lead, talk time, and applications per day.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, quantity, and trends.
