Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking an Executive Admissions Representative to engage prospective students and advocate for our programs. You will communicate school philosophy, maintain contact throughout the enrollment cycle, and partner with Financial Aid and Academic departments to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales or customer service background is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospective students to support enrollment decisions.
• Meet activity and performance standards per policy.
• Assist students through admissions in compliance with regulations.
• Use calls, interviews, chats, texts, and email to identify student prospects.
• Develop rapport and maintain contact throughout enrollment cycle.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure service quality.
