• Strong writing for high-volume inbox responses.

• Organized with CRM hygiene and clear goals.

Responsibilities

• Own a high volume of admissions calls and consultations.
• Explain program value, fees, and payment options.
• Guide admitted candidates from decision to enrollment before deadlines.
• Manage employer-sponsorship communications.
• Maintain pipeline with clean notes and follow-through.
• Share FAQs and call guides with admissions and marketing teams weekly.
• Provide surge coverage during peak enrollment moments.
