Zusammenfassung

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Executive Director, Clinical Development to lead nephrology-focused clinical programs. You will partner across Research, Regulatory, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs to shape strategy, execute rigorous, patient-centered development plans, and drive governance decisions.

The role reports to the VP of Global Clinical Development and requires broad leadership across global trials, with up to 20–25% travel and onsite collaboration

Qualifikationen

MD/DO or equivalent medical degree required; nephrology training preferred.
10+ years in clinical research or drug development with leadership experience.
Experience leading clinical development programs in nephrology or rare disease.
Strong skills in regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Aufgaben

Lead overall clinical development strategy for assigned trials and program lifecycle.
Design and oversee studies across phases, including endpoints and criteria.
Provide leadership for study conduct and data interpretation.
Lead analysis and publication of clinical data and regulatory materials.
Partner with Biometrics to define analysis plans and meaningful metrics.
Act as nephrology program lead, aligning cross-functional teams and milestones.
