The role reports to the VP of Global Clinical Development and drives cross-functional alignment, governance, and risk mitigation while advancing scientifically rigorous, patient-centered programs in a collaborative

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree required; advanced nephrology training preferred.
• 10+ years of clinical development or drug development experience.
• Leadership in nephrology/rare diseases programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development strategy for assigned trials and programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align development plans and governance.
• Represent Clinical Development in regulatory interactions and health authority meetings.
• Build integrated development plans and drive execution against milestones.
